Overview

This beautiful Baroque palazzo dates to 1765 and carries the name of the aristocrat who built it - Vincenzo Natoli. Located right in the historic centre of Palermo, the capital of Sicily it’s just a few steps from the hotel’s front door to the Palermo Cathedral and the Quattro Canti, an octagonal Baroque piazza built in the early 1600s, replete with fountains and impressive statues.

Many of the rooms look out over an attractive street bustling with daily life, and inside the hotel, you’ll find a large original fresco of the Assumption of Mary. While a modern and refined boutique hotel, it exudes an air of genteel charm and noble heritage throughout.

Rooms

The hotel’s nine rooms feature sumptuous fabrics and decor, but in an elegant, understated style. The mood is historic, but the facilities are modern, with coffee machines, flatscreen TVs and smart, sleek bathrooms.

The one-bedroom apartment is ideal for families, with queen-sized bed, sofabed, kitchenette and ample space for clothes and luggage.

Couples might prefer the Super Deluxe with city views and two balconies that look out over the street and the nearby rooftops and towers. And if you need to check in at home, an Apple Mac is provided as standard in this room.

Dining

Breakfast is particularly lovely and changes seasonally, with freshly made Sicilian products served daily. Expect the likes of cannoli, almond biscuits, watermelon jelly and cherry jam, plus a variety of cakes, pastries, Mediterranean vegetables, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt and bread. Most of it is organic and locally made.

You’re spoiled for choice at lunch and dinner in the excellent eateries of Palermo. And if the city’s food stirs your soul, then you can learn to make it yourself by booking one of Palazzo Natoli’s Sicilian cooking classes.
