Overview

The olive groves are beautiful and provide a variety of flavors unique to the area, as well as a relaxing and private atmosphere.  The property is also rich in Apulian attractions and traditions.

Nothing is left to chance at this countryside resort in Puglia, which dates back to the 14th century. Indeed, everything is done with full respect for the original features, like the watchtower used to defend against Saracen raids. From there, you can get a great view of the Mediterranean.

The Thalasso centre is the main attraction, with a large pool (not fresh water, but brackish) in a white, natural rock environment, as well as a covered pool with sea water heated to 37°.

From June to September, you can use two reserved beaches: San Domenico a mare, with a rocky beach just a kilometre away, and La Fonte, a white sandy cove 700 meters away. also available to the other structures of the San Domenico group. You can take the free shuttle to either of them, it runs every hour from 9 to 6.

If you love sports, you can practice tennis on one of the two tennis courts at the resort. Then, only 3 km away, you can play golf at the San Domenico Golf Club, with 18 holes where you can stroll with a splendid sea view.

Rooms

The hotel has 40 rooms and suites, spread out in a lush garden. The interior furnishings boast a refined and elegant style, like the best country residences of the past.

The rooms have stone vaults, and they're furnished with tasteful accessories and fabrics, so nothing is left to chance.

Dining

You'll experience Puglia through its food, with breakfast featuring zero-km products, cooking lessons, and low-calorie meals based on the Mediterranean diet.

If you want more dining options during your stay, check out "Al Fresco" by the pool or "La Nassa" by the sea.

Location

Savelletri di Fasano, a small town in the municipality of Fasano in the province of Brindisi, is a truly unique destination. A place with a great view of the sea, plus archaeological treasures and a cool little port on the Adriatic.

The tourist resort is highly coveted, thanks to its placid coast, its farms, which today have been transformed into welcoming resorts, the archaeological park of Egnazia and the nearby golf course, one of the best greens in Puglia, with 18 holes.

A stretch of coast with fine sand and shallow waters. But not only. Savelletri di Fasano has the Blue Flag and the 4 sails of Legambiente, meaning the sea is clean and clear. There are plenty of lidos to relax in, and everyone can find the right one to fit their needs.

Savelletri is a town rich in culture and historical traditions that the locals are proud of. It's also the homeland of sea urchins. If you love history and the sea, you should visit the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, a short distance from the city. Excavations are still ongoing there, and they have uncovered a small inhabited center dating back to the Roman and Messapian era.
