Our view
Villa Tassi is positioned on the edge of Portopalo di Capo Passero, at the southernmost tip of Sicily. The setting is open and exposed, with uninterrupted views across the sea towards the island of Capo Passero. Built in white Ispica stone and designed along clean, linear lines, the villa forms part of a larger estate while remaining private in its orientation and layout. The architecture is contemporary yet rooted in local materials, blending into the surrounding coastal landscape of stone, low vegetation and sea. The property consists of a main house and an annexe apartment with independent entrance.
Outdoor areas are the defining feature here. Wide terraces wrap around the villa, oriented towards the sea and framed by a garden of indigenous plants. The private saltwater pool sits slightly elevated, facing the horizon — particularly striking at sunset when light reflects across the water. Sun loungers and outdoor lounge seating are arranged to maximise views.
Inside, the main house offers a bright living room with fireplace and dining area, alongside a well-equipped kitchen. The annexe apartment adds flexibility for larger groups, providing additional privacy while remaining fully integrated into the overall layout.
