Villa Pulici earns its place through the way the outdoor spaces work. The 12 × 6 metre pool is more generous than those at many comparable three-bedroom villas, while the garden, pergola and extensive terraces provide different areas for swimming, shade and outdoor meals.
The setting feels rural and open, with countryside and sea views, yet Noto is approximately 3 km away and Lido di Noto 5 km. This makes the villa a practical base for a week that alternates pool and beach time with the Val di Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi and Syracuse.
Best for: families with older children or teenagers, two or three couples, and families travelling with grandparents who value the independent annex. It is less suitable for families with very young children who want every bedroom under one roof, or for anyone expecting walkable restaurants and shops.

Several furnished areas make it easy to move between sun, shade and outdoor dining.
Before you choose it
Two bedrooms are in the main house. The third double has its own en-suite shower room and kitchenette/minibar in a separate annex. This is useful for grandparents, independent teenagers or a third couple, but less convenient for small children who need to sleep close to their parents.
The nearest delicatessen is around 2 km away and Noto’s shops and restaurants approximately 3 km. Villa Pulici works as a driving base for south-eastern Sicily, not as a villa where daily life can be organised comfortably on foot.
The saltwater pool measures 12 × 6 metres and varies from 1.20 to 1.50 metres deep. No pool fencing is confirmed in the supplier information, so families with young or uncertain swimmers need close supervision.
The villa has a seven-night minimum stay. Saturday arrivals apply from 19 June to 28 August 2027. The location is best used for a measured week that combines villa days with selected visits rather than daily long-distance touring.

Main house · Two bedrooms
The main house contains a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a second bedroom that can be arranged as a twin or double. A separate shower room serves the second bedroom and the living area.
Detached annex · One bedroom
The annex has a double bedroom, an en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette/minibar. It gives the third pair of guests additional privacy without changing the villa’s overall capacity of six.
Bathroom arrangement: three shower rooms in total — two en-suite and one separate. All accommodation is on ground level, although a step-free route through the whole property is not confirmed.
Time at the villa
Villa Pulici is at its best when several days are left deliberately unstructured. The outdoor areas are the focus, while the compact interiors provide the essentials for an easy week.
The 12 × 6 metre private pool is open from April to early November and gives the villa genuine appeal for guests who want to spend proper time swimming rather than simply cooling off.
Approximately 300 m² of private terraces include a pergola, dining area, sun terrace, outdoor lounge furniture, barbecue and external shower.
The kitchen and living room form the shared centre of the main house. The interiors are comfortable and well equipped rather than formal or overtly luxurious.
Four hours of weekly cleaning, a midweek bath-towel change, final cleaning and welcome breakfast items are included, helping the villa work smoothly without presenting it as a fully serviced stay.

Villa Pulici sits in the countryside outside Noto, with open views towards the sea. The position is particularly useful for travellers who want a pool base without being tied to one type of day: Noto is close enough for dinner or a focused visit, Lido di Noto is approximately 5 km away, and the wider south-east can be explored through a series of well-paced outings.
Vendicari, Marzamemi and Syracuse provide distinct alternatives to villa days. A car remains essential, but the distances are generally practical for a one-week stay and avoid the need to move accommodation while exploring this part of Sicily.

Villa Pulici works best when outings remain selective. These four days give the week variety while preserving enough time for the pool, terraces and coast.
Noto
Noto is close enough for a half-day visit, dinner or an evening passeggiata. Treating it as a nearby town rather than a single all-day excursion keeps the week flexible.
Vendicari
Choose one section of the reserve according to the weather, carry water and allow the wildlife, coastal paths and swimming to form one unhurried outing.
Syracuse and Ortigia
Use the morning for the market and Ortigia, or pair the island with the archaeological area. Avoid trying to combine Syracuse with another major town on the same day.
Marzamemi
The fishing village is most enjoyable later in the day, leaving time for the harbour, lanes and dinner rather than treating it as one more stop on a crowded coastal circuit.
