Similar in feel to the Locanda Rooms but with the bonus of a small private garden with loungers or chairs. A good choice if you like an outdoor nook for your first coffee, last glass of wine – or if you are travelling with a small dog (accepted on request in selected units).

Slightly larger, with a queen-size bed and a private terrace overlooking gardens or olive groves. Ideal for couples who value an outdoor sitting area but prefer to stay within a compact, easy-to-manage footprint.

Junior Suites add more breathing space, with a king-size bed, defined sitting area and generous bathroom. An extra bed or cot can be added, making them a comfortable option for longer stays or for parents with one child.

These suites feel airy and grown-up, with a king-size bed, art-led décor and an elegant bathroom with large walk-in shower. Some can interconnect via a small kitchenette, which works well for couples or adult families travelling together.

Located on the ground floor, these suites are tailored to families or friends who prefer proper beds to sofa beds. Two generous single/queen beds, a small private garden and the option to add an extra bed or cot give plenty of flexibility if you are travelling with older children or sharing with another adult.

More like a small house than a hotel suite, this category combines a bedroom with king-size bed, two bathrooms, a separate living room with fully equipped kitchen and a private garden with loungers and outdoor seating. An excellent choice for families or longer stays when you like the option to cook, yet still enjoy full hotel services.

Independent from the main buildings, the two Signature Suites are designed for guests who want maximum privacy and space. Each has a large bedroom, separate living room with two sofa beds, full kitchen and two bathrooms, plus either a sizeable terrace or a garden with barbecue. Perfect for design-minded couples who enjoy self-catering, or a small family wanting a “mini-villa” feel.

In the evening, Larossa leans into Mediterranean and Maremma flavours, using estate olive oil and vegetables from the kitchen garden alongside local meat and fish. Expect seasonal, balanced menus rather than heavy “feast” dining, with a wine list that reflects the surrounding coastal hills.

The Red Bar and poolside service look after everything from morning espresso to sunset drinks, with cocktails, wines by the glass and light snacks or aperitivo plates. In high season, this becomes the relaxed social heart of the property without ever feeling forced or noisy.
