Build the holiday around your villa week. A short Naples stay makes a natural introduction before collecting a car and heading to the peninsula. For a longer journey, we can add time in Cilento, keeping each stay long enough to enjoy it.

Relais Oasi Olimpia

A historic villa in extensive gardens, Relais Oasi Olimpia offers a pool, a cooking school and a peaceful setting close to Sant’Agata. Walk into the village, around 500 metres away, for cafés, food shops and a choice of restaurants, then return to the gardens.

This is a particularly good finish to a holiday through Italy’s art cities: after museums, churches and train journeys, enjoy slower mornings, village evenings and a few chosen days by the sea.

Relais Blu

Swimming and a boat day

Marina del Cantone brings a pebble beach, swimming and waterside restaurants. We can arrange a skippered boat outing towards Capri or the Amalfi Coast, with time to enjoy the water and coastal views.

Local food, from farm to table

Nerano’s courgette pasta, village bakeries and Farmhouse Turunziello give food a place in the week. A cooking experience at Villarena or Oasi Olimpia can be arranged as part of the stay.

Walk towards the open sea

Begin in Florence or Rome, or start further north in Venice and work your way south. Choose the number of city stops around the length of your holiday, travelling by high-speed train to Naples before a private transfer to Oasi Olimpia.

Finish with gardens, good food and village life. With Sant’Agata a walk away and selected excursions arranged for you, this final stay can work without a hire car.

Give Naples a few days for its historic centre, museums and food, then move to Relais Blu. The contrast is the appeal: full city days followed by open views, swimming and leisurely meals.

After several discussions with him we decided to have an eleven day trip to the Amalfi coast and Ischia and thanks to his intimate knowledge of the area we had a most enjoyable and memorable time. Ischia in particular was absolutely wonderful. Antonios advice on the boutique hotels, guided tours, and places to visit were exemplary as were the drivers he booked to ferry us around. In addition to all the knowledge and advice he provides, this time, we encountered a  couple of problems of our own making, but a quick WhatsApp to Antonio and within 24 hours both problems were solved. From the point of choosing destinations, Antonio was collaborative and listened to everything on our wishlist . The towns he chose for us were exactly the places that we loved .. off the beaten track, charming and authentic Italy ! I wanted to see wildflowers and orchids and he engaged experts to take me around the national parks . Antonio remained fully contactable throughout our trip for questions , help and any details we needed. We felt fully secure and confident that we had an agent travelling along with us at every step! It was a huge benefit as well having him in the rough time zones as Italy where he is based in the UK, so that any questions were promptly answered and sorted . This could have been more problematic if we had engaged someone from home in Australia with the big difference in time zones .
