A working estate with enough to enjoy close to your room
Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo works well when you want culture without staying in a city. Urbino is around 10 km away, while the estate supplies its own reasons to slow down: vineyard visits, walks, wine with lunch and time at the pool.
Thirty rooms and suites occupy six buildings within the restored eighteenth-century hamlet. The wider organic estate gives the food and wine offering substance. We would allow several nights and choose outings selectively, leaving time to enjoy the property.
Our starting point: Four to seven nights, beginning with a Country Superior or a carefully selected Design Superior.

The restaurant uses estate wine, olive oil, honey and produce alongside local ingredients. Lunch and dinner are advertised; we confirm operation for your dates. Vineyard and cellar visits can include a tasting.

The pool and countryside
The outdoor pool is reserved for staying guests and is unheated. Its seasonal opening matters for spring and autumn. Walks and a booked e-bike outing add variety without a full day of driving.
Wellness
A spa in the restored barn
Heated hydromassage facilities, sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp circuit and relaxation space complement the outdoor facilities. We specify session bookings, inclusions and any children’s restrictions within your arrangements.
Location and getting around
Montefeltro touring with Urbino close by
The estate lies in the countryside between Urbino and Pesaro. Use it for a deliberate visit to Urbino, then return for lunch or a quiet afternoon. A hire car is the most flexible way to explore surrounding villages and landscapes.
For a holiday centred on the property, private arrival transfers and pre-arranged outings can work. We plan those from the outset. Free estate parking supports a self-drive journey, while the separate buildings mean room location and walking distances should be checked for any access needs.
