Entry-level in name only, Deluxe Rooms are bright, soundproofed spaces with a private balcony – the small but important detail that turns an early coffee or late-night drink into a ritual.

Junior Suites are for those who like to be in the “front row” of the Adriatic. A living area and sea-front balcony make them feel more like a small apartment, and in-room dining works well if you prefer quiet evenings in.

The Superior Suite is where the hotel’s 1950s-inspired style really comes into its own. A generous living room facing the water, separate bedroom and large sea-front balcony create a proper “little home” above the beach.

It is an excellent choice for longer stays, anniversaries, or simply if you know you will spend real time in your room rather than treating it as just a base.

The East Coast Suite nods to Hamptons style: pale woods, clean-lined furniture and a layout that gives you both spectacle and privacy. Located on the sixth floor, it has a wide sea-front terrace and a more intimate side balcony, with both the living room and bedroom facing the water.

A striking black-and-white marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub reinforces the sense of being in a private coastal residence rather than a standard hotel suite.

Gatsby takes the East Coast idea a step further. Also on the top floor, it offers a panoramic balcony, an extra-large shower with sea view and refined furnishings that give a subtle private-club feeling.

It is particularly suited to special occasions and longer off-season stays, when you want to watch empty beaches and changing skies from somewhere genuinely comfortable.

At the top of the house, ’59 Restaurant is the hotel’s culinary focal point: a contemporary dining room in soft tones serving an intelligently modern take on Marche and Mediterranean cooking. Fish and meat dishes sit alongside vegetarian options, and the approach feels more like a local, ingredient-led kitchen than a showy “fine dining” room.

For relaxed moments there is the Bistrò, the natural hub for breakfast and daytime grazing, and the Lido Bistrò on the sand, where a salad, fritto misto or glass of Verdicchio under your umbrella means you never have to interrupt a perfectly good beach day for lunch.

The bar, with its sea-facing windows, is a natural pre- and post-dinner spot: a place for a well-made Negroni or simply a quiet glass of local wine while the promenade drifts by outside.

Spa Excelsior is a genuine spa, not an afterthought. An indoor hot-water pool with hydromassage jets, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, experience showers, cryotherapy, treatment rooms and a compact fitness area create a complete circuit for both active and more laid-back guests.
