Why we like Hotel Villa Angela

It is a clean-cut, friendly four-star hotel rather than a high-design retreat. That is part of its appeal. The main compromise is the hillside position. You are not stepping straight onto Corso Umberto, and the return walk is uphill, so town access needs a little planning.
