Hilltop seclusion, without needing a car

The hilltop setting gives wide views and a sense of seclusion. Use the hotel shuttle for Lacco Ameno and the beach, with taxis or arranged excursions for exploring further. Most stays work well without a car.

Four to six nights to enjoy Ischia

Four to six nights leave time for the pools, beach and island outings. Three make a pleasant finale to a wider journey; a week gives you more leisurely days at the resort.

Thermal pools, Jacuzzis and a saltwater pool are spread through the park, with further treatments at the spa. Later, enjoy a cocktail at the Sunset Bar as the light changes over the sea.

The Monte Vico headland gives the resort its wide views across the bay. Lacco Ameno’s restaurants and shops and the beach are reached by shuttle or taxi.

  • Town and beach: the complimentary on-demand shuttle connects the resort with central Lacco Ameno and San Montano Beach. Operating hours vary by season and are confirmed for each stay.
  • Arrival: ExpertoItaly normally coordinates the private road transfer in Naples, hydrofoil or ferry crossing, baggage arrangements where required, and the onward vehicle on Ischia.
  • Car: most guests explore using the shuttle, taxis, private excursions and boats. On-site parking is available if Ischia forms part of a driving holiday.
  • Island visits: explore La Mortella gardens, Forio, Castello Aragonese or Mount Epomeo, with days left for the pools and beach.
  • Access: this is a terraced hillside resort. Guests with particular step, gradient or room-access requirements should tell us so that we can check the appropriate position and route through the property.
