The ExpertoItaly Holiday Photo Contest is organized by ExpertoItaly (the Organizer).
ExpertoItaly Holiday Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

2. Contest Overview
The contest invites participants to submit photos under the theme:
``Your Best ExpertoItaly Holiday Moments.``
The process includes:
Submission Phase: December 15, 2024 – January 5, 2025.
Voting Phase: January 10, 2025 – January 30, 2025
Winner Announcement: January 31, 2025.
3. Eligibility
Open to all past clients of ExpertoItaly who booked a holiday through the Organizer.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Employees of ExpertoItaly and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Submission Guidelines
Participants can submit up to 3 photos that align with the contest theme.
Each submission must include:
A title (e.g., Sunset in Amalfi).
A short caption describing the photo.
The participant’s name.
Photos must be submitted by 11:59 PM on January 5, 2025 via:
Submission Restrictions:
All entries must be original and taken by the participant during an ExpertoItaly holiday.
Participants are responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals appearing in their photos.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
5. Voting Guidelines
Voting will occur between January 10, 2025 – January 30, 2025, on the ExpertoItaly website.
All shortlisted photos will be displayed on a public voting page.
Participants and the public can cast votes for their favorite entries, with the following rules:
Each voter can cast one vote per IP address or email address.
Participants are encouraged to share the voting link with friends and family to gather votes.
Monitoring:
The Organizer reserves the right to monitor votes to ensure fairness and disqualify entries involved in fraudulent voting practices.
6. Prizes
The winners will be determined by the number of votes received during the voting phase. Prizes are as follows:
🏆 Grand Prize: £75 Gift Voucher (highest votes).
🎖️ Second Prize: £50 Gift Voucher.
🥉 Third Prize: £25 Gift Voucher.
🌟 Seven Runner-Up Prizes: £15 Gift Vouchers each.
Prize Distribution:
Winners will be announced on January 31, 2025 and notified via email or WhatsApp.
Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the announcement.
7. Photo Usage Rights
By submitting their photos, participants agree to:
Allow ExpertoItaly to feature their photos on the Organizer’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Always receive credit as the photographer for any photo used.
Winning Photos:
The 10 winning photos will be shared across ExpertoItaly’s social media channels and website to celebrate the contest and inspire future travelers.
The Organizer will not sell or license submitted photos to third parties.
8. GDPR Compliance and Newsletter Consent
By participating in the contest, participants consent to having their personal data (name, email address, and submitted photos) stored and used for the purposes of the contest, including:
Contacting participants about the contest.
Announcing winners and delivering prizes.
Sharing winning photos on ExpertoItaly’s platforms as outlined in Section 7.
Participants also agree to receive future newsletters, travel offers, and updates from ExpertoItaly.
Participants may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting ExpertoItaly directly.
9. Judging and Winner Selection
Winners will be determined based on the total number of valid votes received during the voting phase.
In the event of a tie, the Organizer will select the winner based on creativity, quality, and alignment with the theme.
10. General Conditions
Participants retain ownership of their submitted photos.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, delayed, or corrupted submissions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their entries meet all submission guidelines.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if necessary.
