Choose Positano for the town’s restaurants, boutiques and evening atmosphere, or Praiano for a quieter village stay with terraces and sunset views. Sea days, a walk and time at the hotel can fill a week beautifully.
Stay at Villa Paradise Resort for breakfast above the sea, local food and paths around Agerola. Coastal visits become selected outings, with a road journey down and back, while the hills remain the centre of the stay.
An intimate Positano address for couples who want a private terrace, breakfast brought to the room and evenings in town. There is no pool or restaurant: the beach routes and Positano’s dining are part of the stay.

A coastal week needs time for the view, lunch and your own discoveries. Private guides and drivers are options we can arrange, alongside independent visits.
Take a seasonal ferry between coastal towns, arrange a private boat day or spend time at a local bathing area. Return for dinner in Positano, sunset in Praiano or a quieter Agerola evening. The day’s starting point follows your base.
The Bomerano–Nocelle walk fits especially well into an Agerola stay, with transport to the start and a planned return. From Praiano, we choose between a demanding uphill approach and a transfer to Bomerano.
Amalfi brings maritime history, cathedral architecture and an active town centre. Ravello adds gardens, music and elevated views. They make a rewarding cultural outing; our named accommodation selection here is in Positano, Praiano and Agerola.
For art-led travellers, Florence can replace Rome, using high-speed rail to Naples. We usually keep ten to fourteen nights to two bases, giving each a distinct role.
For ten to fourteen nights, give Rome three or four nights and the coast the longer stay. High-speed rail to Naples and a private road transfer connect the two, with no need for a hire car at the coast.
Three nights in Naples and seven at Villa Paradise combine city art and food with walking, sea views and local village life. We arrange the transfer uphill and selected coastal transport.
For a longer holiday, pair coastal walking and village evenings with Ischia’s gardens, beaches and thermal water. A private transfer to the appropriate mainland port and ferry connection make the move part of the plan.
Our two-week Amalfi Coast and Cilento example pairs Relais Blu on the Sorrento Peninsula with Marulivo in Pisciotta. We can also design a version beginning in Praiano, then collect a car for the Cilento stay.
Positano and Praiano have slopes and steps between hotels, restaurants and bathing areas. Tell us how much walking feels comfortable; we check the chosen address and arrival with luggage. Private transfers, local buses, hotel shuttles where offered and seasonal boats support most stays.
Agerola is high above the coast. Villa Paradise’s walking setting and sea views do not mean beach-level access. A coastal day requires a bus or driver down to Amalfi or another departure point, and time for the uphill return. Private parking is available for those choosing to drive.
Allow seven nights for one settled base. Spring and autumn suit walking and cultural visits; summer gives the sea a larger role. Boat services and outdoor facilities are seasonal and weather-dependent.
