Villa Dama earns its place through a rare combination: the sandy beach is just beyond the house, the long heated pool runs towards the sea, and four well-balanced double bedrooms each have a private shower room. The architecture keeps the water visible through wide glass openings and from the upper terraces.
It works equally well as a beach villa and as a base for the Baroque south-east. Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi and Siracusa bring culture, nature and good food within a varied week, while included midweek housekeeping makes longer villa days feel easy. A car is strongly recommended for the best version of the stay.
Best for: four couples, two families with older children, or a multigenerational group happy with four double beds. Guests needing twin rooms or a shallow children’s section in the pool should choose carefully.

Before you choose it
All four bedrooms are doubles with private shower rooms, so the villa is unusually balanced for adult friends. Two families also work well when the children are comfortable sharing double beds; no twin configuration is confirmed.
One double bedroom and its en-suite shower room are on the entrance level, while the other three are upstairs. This can help a multigenerational group, but the villa should not be described as fully accessible.
The heated saltwater pool measures 3.5 × 17 metres and is 1.20 metres deep throughout, with a hydromassage corner. There is no separate shallow children’s pool, so younger or uncertain swimmers need supervision.
The sandy beach, a restaurant and a delicatessen are all close to the villa. A car remains strongly recommended for Noto, Vendicari, Siracusa, Marzamemi and wider south-east Sicily; private parking is provided.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Four double bedrooms
Each bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed. One suite is on the ground floor; the remaining three are upstairs, where sea-facing terraces make the coastal setting part of the morning routine.
Four en-suite shower rooms
Every bedroom has its own contemporary shower room, giving four couples or two families a straightforward level of privacy. The ground-floor suite helps with room allocation, although step-free use of the whole property is not confirmed.
Time at the villa
Villa days have a clear rhythm: swim in the long heated pool, cross to the shoreline, then bring everyone together around the outdoor table as the light changes over the sea.
The 17-metre pool is heated to approximately 24–26°C, open year-round and finished with a hydromassage corner.
A small sandy beach lies approximately 20 metres away, with rocky shoreline close by for a different coastal setting.
The long dining table, barbecue and sea view make breakfast, lunch and relaxed evening meals an easy part of the stay.
Living and dining areas open directly towards the pool terrace, keeping indoor time bright and closely connected to the coast.
Five induction zones, two fridges, oven, microwave, dishwasher and several coffee options support a full self-catering week.
Furnished upper terraces give the three first-floor bedrooms private places to pause above the pool and shoreline.
Villa amenities
Location
Villa Dama sits on the low coast at Marina di Noto, where the sea is part of everyday villa life rather than a separate excursion. Mornings can begin on the sand or beside the pool, and evenings can stay local when the group wants a simple coastal rhythm.
Inland, Noto introduces honey-coloured Baroque streets, cafés and evening passeggiate. South along the coast, Vendicari and Marzamemi bring nature, beaches and harbour atmosphere; north, Siracusa adds archaeology and Ortigia’s lanes. The location works because beach time and purposeful cultural days can alternate without changing base.

From the villa
Villa Dama gives the week a natural coastal centre. These guides help you choose the days when Noto, Vendicari, Marzamemi or Siracusa should take the lead.
Baroque town
Noto is close enough for a measured visit rather than a rushed checklist. Leave time for the cathedral, side streets, a granita stop and the evening light along Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
Nature and coast
Vendicari works best when the group is ready for coastal walking, birdlife and low-key beaches rather than organised facilities. Choose the reserve entrance and timing before setting out.
Fishing village
Marzamemi’s compact harbour, tuna-fishing history and restaurants suit a later start. In high summer, book ahead and let the evening atmosphere justify the drive.
City and archaeology
Combine the archaeological park with Ortigia’s lanes, market and waterfront rather than treating Siracusa as a quick stop. The city adds depth to an otherwise beach-led villa week.
