Overview

Bloom is a stylish B&Bs, with six rooms, in a typical Venetian house.

They are owned and managed by dynamic duo Alessandra and Paolo, who gave a new life to the building and transformed it in its current glamorous state.

The highlight is the roof top terrace which looks out over the rooftops of Venice, the Campo Santo Stefano and the gothic façade of its church - the ultimate spot to sip some of the complimentary chilled prosecco that is left for guests to help themselves to.

Rooms

Rooms are divide into Charmes, Superiors and triples. Superiors are larger with king size beds while Charmes have bathtubs and triples have either 3 single beds or a double with an extra bed.

The style is lavish but tasteful, with heavy brocaded curtains and flocked wallpaper which blends perfectly with the beamed ceilings and immaculately preserved wooden floors.

Dining

The morning breakfast consists of fresh fruit, sweet pastries, hams, cheeses and yoghurts as well as the usual cereals and beverages.

Surrounded by numerous and remarkable palaces, worth mentioning Palazzo Morosini and Palazzo Loredan, it is such a beautiful an open-air setting that plays venue to some of the city's many events.

In the large Church of Santo Stefano, there are numerous works of great artistic value, such as three paintings by Tintoretto, the funerary stele of Giovanni Falier, senator of the Serenissima Republic, by Antonio Canova and the tomb, with the ducal seal, of the doge Francesco Morosini.
