4) How to Retrieve Your Digital Ticket

Option 1 – Retrieve Your Ticket in the App

  • Tap My Journeys on the bottom menu bar.
  • Your ticket should appear automatically.

If your ticket does not appear automatically, recover it using the codes in your email receipt.
